Following a chance meeting with Jeanni while she was running an art lesson on the beach, I was instantly taken in by Jeanie’s unique approach to learning a new skill and her passion to make a difference in people’s lives. I arranged an art lesson for our leadership team, and used in conjunction with launching our new company purpose about having an independent spirit and creating a legacy.
Jeanni was able to take this purpose and create a dynamic, insightful, engaging and really fun learning environment. Jeanni uses her incredible talent of art and her knowledge of how to learn without fear, to create a truly engaging team building session. If you are looking for a team building exercise for all or to demonstrate to others that that the only reason we can’t do things is we have probably been taught incorrectly, then I can’t recommend anyone more than Jeanni.
We now have an truly amazing piece of artwork in our office that is created by 12 people who said they couldn’t draw, they have a constant reminder now that they can, they just needed to be taught in a way they could learn.
