Darwin Escapes

This event was held during Covid-19 using a unique mixture of Psychology, Art and Drama to investigate and strategize new approaches to customer service in the changed world of Covid-19. The event was held four times with different facilities and teams across the country via Zoom.

A big THANK YOU from myself and the teams of Darwin Escapes to Jeanni for delivering 4 fantastic “virtual” sessions focusing on the changing expectations of both ourselves and also our customers during the pandemic, as we get ready to welcome them back to our beautiful resorts.

It was both fun and interactive and Jeanni made excellent use of her art and drama background to help engage us all.
I look forward to working with her again in the future.
