Discovery Network Europe has realised the importance of making the workplace a fun, relaxed and friendly environment. |
They achieve this in a number of different ways; including, open bright meeting areas, creative interludes such as my 'art at lunch time sessions' (see photos above), in house 'choir' and 'food tasting' to name but a few.
It is increasingly apparent that such creative, sensory-based breaks in a day help to reduce stress, improve open minded thinking, creativity and productivity within the workplace setting.
