It is increasingly apparent that creative, sensory-based breaks in a day help to decrease stress and open people's minds whilst improving their creativity, productivity and general attitude within the workplace.
Many worldwide companies including The Discovery Network Europe (Discovery Channel) have realised the importance of making the workplace a fun, relaxed and friendly environment.
They achieve this in a number of ways including, open bright meeting areas, creative interludes such as my 'art at lunch time sessions', in house 'choir' and 'food tasting' to name but a few.
