Due to recent changes in data protection regulation, I can confirm that I am compliant in how I collect, secure and use your data. Please see our privacy statement below in which we explain how we use your information below.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO I DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase an art lesson, art event or something from me or my shop as part of the buying and selling process, I collect the personal information you give me such as your name, address and email address to allow me to contact and support you in relation to your art lesson, art event, commission or purchased artwork.
I may also ask your permission to take your photo of you with your artwork, or just your artwork, to use in my advertising on my website, Facebook or other such publicity. I only take such photos after being given your permission.
When you browse my store online, I also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide me with information that helps me learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, I may send you emails about my work and shop, new products and other updates and offers. If you no longer wish to receive these communications, you can easily click the unsubscribe button which is on all correspondence sent and I will remove you from any further email correspondence within 7 days.
Due to EU changes I also state that by completing a Checkout, you understand that my platforms store information in the USA for compliance reasons and
I do NOT sell or allow access of your information to any other 3rd party, and only use it for internal purposes.

When you provide me with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, I imply that you consent to me collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

I independently operate three businesses from the one website. I guarantee I shall never sell of disclose your information to an external third party, however, I may share information between my three businesses for administration or operational purposes only.

My website store is hosted on Weebly . They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
