Return & Refund PolicyThis Return & Refund Policy applies to the sale of artworks through the Visual Awareness website. Please read carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Scope
This policy covers the sale of original artworks and prints sold directly through the Visual Awareness website.
It does not apply to online art courses, which are delivered through a separate platform with their own terms and conditions.
2. Original Artworks
All sales of original artworks are final.
Due to the unique and irreplaceable nature of original pieces, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged in transit (see Section 6).
3. Prints
Prints may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided they are returned in the exact condition in which they were received.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Once the returned print has been inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 48 hours.
Refunds will always be issued to the original method of payment.
4. Commissions & Custom Artwork
Commissioned or custom artworks are non-refundable.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon agreement of the commission.
The final price will be confirmed upon completion of the work, before dispatch.
Once the final balance is paid, the artwork will be shipped.
5. Postage & Shipping
Postage is free within the UK. As such, no refund of postage costs will be made on returned items.
For international orders, customers must contact Jeanni before placing an order to discuss shipping options.
International postage costs are non-refundable once an item has been dispatched.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
All artworks are insured for damage during transit.
Customers must contact Jeanni within 2 days of receiving a damaged or faulty item, providing clear photographs of the issue.
Depending on the nature of the order:
Prints will be replaced, exchanged, or refunded.
Original artworks will be refunded, as replacement is not possible.
7. Returns Procedure

Package the item securely in its original packaging.
Return the item using a tracked and insured service.
Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 48 hours.
