This painting is gradually taking shape on my easel, inspired by the mesmerising light and stillness of Mawgan Porth. I’ve been layering Jo Sonja’s acrylics to let the colours glow and the water feel alive with movement.


At 40” x 20”, it’s a substantial piece – and I’m hoping it will be finished in the next few days. 💙


I’ve photographed the whole process as it’s unfolded…
