A Cornish Headland, Captured in Paint
Here’s one of my recent painting of The Headland at Mawgan Porth – a labour of love, created from countless photographs and hours of observation. It’s filled with intricate detail: the layered rock formations, shadowed caves, the translucent stream threading its way to the sea, and the rhythmic crash of waves rolling in. In the video, you’ll see it from end to end – a slow journey along the rugged beauty of Cornwall’s north coast. And in the photo, you’ll spot it hanging above a mantelpiece, where it brings the outside in… still, wild, and endlessly alive. 🎨 Let me know what you see in it. A memory? A moment? 💡Join me for an art class and learn how to paint your own image of the Cornish coastline. #CornwallArt #MawganPorth #NorthCornwall #SeascapePainting #CornishArtist #CoastalArt #ArtThatTellsaStory.
